Tasty sandwiches - Edit
These sandwiches were excellent, my boyfriend and I inhaled them. The bread could have been softer. I prefer the Avocado/tofu to the imi-meat.

Staple vietnamese place with lots of vegan options - Edit
I have been coming here for years, when they had a branch downtown I used to go there. I love the salad rolls, I get mine the way they used to offer vegetable rolls sans avocado and Sriracha. So flipping delicious. They have lots of vegan drinks, deserts, Bahn mi and more too!

Wonderful vegan sandwiches! - Edit
Ba Le is in my neighborhood and I go there whenever I want fast, delicious Vietnamese sandwiches. My favorite is the Vegan Eggplant Tofu sandwich. They have four vegan sandwiches which is a lot for a non vegan place. I also recommend their smoothies!

There aren't a lot of clear vegan options in Uptown and Little Vietnam. Ba Le has all the vegan items clearly labeled and ingredients listed on their fresh made to go items. I tried both the lemongrass chicken bahn'mi (made with king oyster mushrooms)and the soy beef bahn'mi. Both were delicious! Inexpensive, fast, good vegan food in an area w/out a lot of vegan choices. Recommended!
