Veganfreundlichstes Restaurants Midelt - Edit
Das beste vegane Essen in Marokko. Das Essen wurde frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Inhaber war extrem freundlich und hatte großes Verständnis für eine vegane Ernährung. Ihm war „vegan“ kein Fremdwort und machte uns mehr als glücklich. Die Portionen waren riesig und der Preis dazu sehr niedrig. Absolute Empfehlung!! 5-Sterne wären fair!

Most hospitable experience in marocco and great food - Edit
Okay, so even though HappyCow won't let me give five stars, because Aziz's little restaurant in Midelt is not listed as fully vegan, which is true, him and his family still deserve five stars (or more if it would be possible).

Although there is not much in the menu that's explicitly listed as vegan, there are always vegetarian options with vegetables, and Aziz was more than happy to make a whole vegan menu for us while explaining to us his dream of having a fully vegan restaurant. All the dishes are always freshly made, so it took a bit longer, but it was worth the wait, because everything we had was super delicious.
Everything was great balanced with flavors and spices. The best of it all were the veggie skewers, being more like meat-ball inspired veggie pieces, and which absolutely blew my mind. Best vegan dish we had so far in marocco.
Aziz even freshly made his own "cashew cheese" to go with the skewers and the taco.
He even offered us vegan breakfast the next day, because there weren't any other vegan breakfast options in Midelt. And of course, it was amazing, too.
We had a very great time, we will definitely come around the next time, when we are in Midelt, and until then, we wish Aziz and his family all the best ❤️

Best Choice Restaurant - Edit
Very, very nice restaurant owner who has his heart in the right place and lives his motto with big visions and a lot of passion (cooking and service with love, food for the soul). Has some vegetarian options, sometimes even vegan cheese and an understanding of the needs of vegetarians (a trait not found too often in Morocco!). Tee and Cookies for free at the end, very cheap and good food - we reccomend it!
