Fun, informative, practical - Edit

I booked the beginners Vegan Cheese making class hoping to learn exactly that; the basics of how to make plant based cheese.
Most of the really good vegan cheese is super expensive so I aimed to save some money over time by learning to make my own for personal consumption and possibly to reduce costs in my own business in the near future.
Learning the basics was absolutely an outcome and we were able to ask Raya specific questions throughout which was really helpful.
The class was structured but very interactive.
Great combination of information and informal discussion.
Perfect learning environment for me.
Hard copies of the ingredients and methods were also provided to take away with the cheese you make that day.
A really nice bonus during the class was meeting Raya, the business owner and a group of like minded people who each had an interesting experiences to relate regarding their interest in plant based, sustainable living.
Am not a ‘networky’ type but the day definitely presented that opportunity by default.
On top of all the learning, yummy cheese board sampling and learning the class was held in a really stunning home/location in Roleystone- pretty hilltop forest views, and best of all for me the most adorable little-ish furry co residents (pets). You’ll have to meet them for yourself-just too cute for words!
Great class, lovely day. Well worth the time and great value.
As well as appreciating it for my own purposes I believe these classes would be a fantastic gift, day out with friends or as a team building exercise.
