Lunch at Away Home

The restaurant is sandwiched between two others, so it was difficult to decipher which one was Away Home as the name was difficult to find.
The restaurant had several covers and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. One member of staff spoke excellent English and was incredibly polite, nothing was too much trouble.
We ordered three dishes and they were delicious. We were also served with a complimentary kettle of green tea and the bill came to 170 Baht, so not expensive.
We were waved off with a 'please come again' from the member of staff and we definitely will, thank you. #Veganuary

Pros: Several vegan options, Attentive service, Member of staff spoke English

Cons: Not expensive, Very small restaurant name

Amazing burmese food discovery

Owners easily adapt food for vegetarians, some dishes are also noted as vegan. It was very good.
I had the Away Home's signature Phat Hta Min, and the A kyaw sone, which was amazing.

Pros: Many options, Owner adapt easily to vegetarian/vegan.
