A lot of vegan options for a store this size. Dry, fresh and frozen ready to cook choices. A lot of to go meals too. They only have 1 wrap and 1 cake marked as vegan in their homemade ready to eat sections. This could be improved in the future.

Good selection of vegan packaged foods and produce - Edit
This is a great little shop that has a small produce section with some options that were much more affordable than back home in BC. We picked up some vegan yogurt, bread, Just Egg, Amy’s soup, Daiya flatbread, and a few snacks for our hotel stay. There’s quite a few frozen vegan options too and some pre-made things like salads and wraps but they are on the expensive side.

Life saver while at hotel nearby - Edit
I was staying at a hotel which was NOT vegan friendly so was grateful to get groceries for the fridge like Silk coffee cream , non dairy yogurt and energy squares.

Health food store with some vegan basics. Honestly I was expecting more. It's alright, but I'd rather go to Rachelle Bery or Marche Tau.

I agree with you, but I still have to rejoice about how far veganism has come since just 5 years ago, where we can now say "they have the vegan basics" even with all of that because 5 years ago we didn't have nowhere close to all those choices any where. I can't wait to see where we'll be in 10 years. 💚
