Israeli Food Made with Care

Aviva by Kameel might seem like a standard counter-service Mediterranean spot, but it is so much more. The food is carefully crafted as an olive-oil only, halal, kosher, high-quality ingredient menu - perfect for a vegan diet. The food is incredibly tasty and the vegan option is reasonably priced compared to similar options in the area like Chipotle.

Kameel Srouji, owner and chef, occasionally is onsite and full of smiles - welcoming everyone to try his food. It's customary to give each customer in line a vegan lentil soup as they order - which might be one of the best items on the menu. Kameel is often excited for everyone to try all of the incredible options.

I ordered (like usual) the falafel wrap. The wrap is on a nice, spongy wrap and contains a generous helping of falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, taboulleh, and other Mediterranean toppings. The schug hot sauce adds a good kick as well. This is by far one of my favorite restaurants for lunch in Atlanta. In a brand new plaza, there is plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating.

Pros: Clean, Fresh Ingredients, Generous Portions , Free Vegan Lentil Soup

Delicious food and outstanding service

The falafel platter was fresh and delicious. It can with three sides and I ordered the lentils, rice, and vegetables. The owner came around and checked on all the guests. Also, I had the vegan soup and baklava. Everything was delicious. Will be back.

Pros: Great personal service, fresh food, vegan options
