I love breakfast, lunch and sometimes I get take out at lunch time for dinner. Two eggs over large slice of those meaty tomatoes, with roasted vegetables. I am vegetarian and gluten free so this suits me perfectly. Usually a vegan hearty soup available for lunch, I take it home for dinner and great wraps. Not many lunch places in Jackson so this is a great little secret.
