Nice spot right on the river; not a huge menu, but they can make the roasted acorn squash vegan. Went in the shoulder season as skiing winds down, they have half-off entrees Sunday-Thursday. Good option to check out for sure!
We let the chef know there was one vegan coming and they prepared a delicious farrow and vegetable dish for me. The restaurant interior is warm and inviting. It’s right on the Yampa river with views of the mountains and the ski jump course. Outdoor seating and a fire pit. Great happy hour with live music.
