Really impressive food - Edit
The food here is really good! They have indoor and outdoor seating which is good considering the random storms you can have in Mexico City.
Read moreStarted with the vegan cheese board which was amazing. Only issue is you get 4 small slices of bread with it and nothing else to eat with the cheese other than small slices of fruit. It could definitely do with some more bread or crackers but I’m certainly not against eating the cheese on its own!
I then had the pesto pasta while my boyfriend had a beetroot ravioli. The food really was amazing, great portion sizes and well seasoned.

Comfortable, reasonable prices & delicious - Edit
This little vegan gem is in a relatively new looking food-court building with loads of "alternative" offerings. Aura features a nice big window on the sidewalk and a multilingual server who is dying to practice her English and Italian (and maybe other languages!) with her patrons. The menu is amazing - I ordered the taquitos stuffed with hibiscus leaves and the mushroom burger. It was way too much food (my fault!) Most of the food was quite delicious and reasonably priced though the side potatoes with my sandwich were overly dry and not very tasty. The beverages were fantastic and the ambience was very relaxing (and free wifi!).

The first times that I went there was delicious and there were plenty food options.
Read moreHowever, as time passed, they stopped having all the menu options and there few desserts as well. The last time that I went there thy had very few options and it didn’t taste good.
Such a shame, the location was good.

Amazing ravioli! - Edit
Really good beet ravioli! Would go back for the ravioli. We also tried the tabbouleh, gazpacho, and a juice, all of which were pretty good. The main downside is that the portions are pretty small for the cost. For instance, the ravioli only has 4-5 ravioli.

El sitio es muy acogedor y el personal muy agradable y disponible. Lo único es que la comida que pedí (setas con verduras y arroz con coco, rollitos vietnamitas y hamburguesa aura) no tenía sal o mucho sabor en general la verdad, fue una pena. Pero quizás sólo se trató de ese día o esos platos, ya que veo que otras veces otros clientes estaban satisfechos.

Flavorless bland dish - Edit
Once I was handed the menu I had a feeling the food here wouldn't be the greatest but they were open late on a Sunday so I gave them a shot. I ordered the mushroom coconut rice dish as recommended by the waiter because he said it was a filling dish and sadly this was the most bland and flavorless dish I've had in a very long time. I tried to save it by adding soy sauce and chilli sauce but it still was a disappointment. This feel like a fast casual restaurant which is fine but based on this one dish I won't be returning.

I stopped in for breakfast and my meal was good. The locale was cute, the service okay. While it isn't a place I would go out of my way to go to again, if I was in the area and wanted to eat I wouldn't hesitate to try something else on the menu.

This review based on breakfast experience. Food was just okay. Staff were more interested talking to each other (or using their phone) than getting order correct or providing service. But, it is one of the few vegan places in this part of the city, and the patio was nice on a sunny day.
