Amazing Vegan sweet options. 90% of the options I saw when I visited were vegan and clearly marked. Everything was gluten free.

The food and service at Aunt Cathy's are great. Every time I manage to go, they have a few wonderful vegan options-- the waffle is a big winner in my book.
Read moreMy only beef is that they are only open a scant few hours on a few days. That makes it tough to visit.

One of My Favorites - Edit
This is a popular spot to meet a friend for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. There's a friendly, relaxed, old-fashioned vibe, with indoor and outdoor seating. There are plenty of vegan baked goods. Today they had vegan waffles with vegan sausage, a veggie wrap, and vegan chili, plus a side salad or fruit. All vegan items are clearly labeled on the menu. Everything is gluten-free. They have coconut milk for the coffee.

I ordered a veggie wrap with vegan cheese, it wasn’t really anything special and was something I could have easily made at home. We got 4 cupcakes go try... the texture of the cake on every single one was weird and lacking flavor, while the frosting was overly sweet, obviously to cover up the cake. I was hoping to get the vegan pancakes but didn’t see them on the menu.

Yummy, local, vegan pancakes - Edit
Auntie Cathy's kitchen doesn't have a lot of vegan options on the menu, but for breakfast they have vegan chocolate chip pancakes and coffee with almond milk... its so nice to have a spot to get breakfast! They also have DELICIOUS vegan cupcakes and pastries which are usually pretty big. Lastly, they use all local ingredients!
