Frankston lunch fave

Aum Shanti provides good, honest Vegan options including some great salads, wholesome hot dishes and plenty of choices for sweets. The coffee is also better than average.

The atmosphere is hippy meets homely in a relatively small space.

I feel the vibes in this place - they are accelerating. Great food, food art, art, feels, people, service. I can feel this lil place expanding in quality and just general awesomeness

Pros: teas, quality, people

Delicious and good service!

The only mostly vegan eatery around the area. 80% of what they have is vegan and the rest being vegetarian. Expensive but worth it and top notch!

Pros: Delicious, clean, great atmosphere and staff!

Cons: Expensive...

Lovely little find!

After reading some reviews here, and hearing about the cafe from another friend I decided it was time to visit. We popped in for lunch to find a lovely array of food in the display case. Almost everything was there, so there was no need for the menu. I had the lentil shepherds pie and my friend had the veg focaccia - we were both very happy with our choices! There's a wide range of vegan cakes, biscuits and nutballs to choose from for desert, plus yummy coffees (including soy iced coffee and chocolate). The staff were very friendly, though it was popular so there weren't any tables. One of the staff arranged for us to share with someone else though, so we got to enoy our lunch. It is a good idea to ring ahead and book!

Pros: Lovely food, Friendly staff, Great value

Cons: Not enough tables!
