Eins der besten veganen Essen! - Edit
Ich habe im Aufatmen definitiv eins der besten veganen Essen gegessen! Sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Saft, scrambled Tofu etc ist ein Traum! Auch das Mehr-Gang Abendmenü ist was ganz besonderes! Frisch zubereitet mit regionalen Produkten und tollem Geschmack! Definitiv empfehlenswert! Vom Service bis zum Dessert - alles 100 Punkte!

High expectations weren't met - Edit
The dining experience is not bad, but I was expecting something very good. Most of the dishes are not so tasty and the portions could be bigger. It's great to have a vegan option in the region but in my opinion the other reviews were overated.

Wir waren an drei Abenden hintereinander im aufatmen. Es ist sowohl kulinarisch als auch atmosphärisch ein absolutes Highlight. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail gemacht, es ist wie ein Ausflug in eine andere Welt. Das Essen bestand jeden Tag aus einem 4-Gänge Menü, wobei man bei der Hauptspeise zwischen zwei Varianten wählen konnte. Unglaublich lecker und exquisit. Das ist das mit Abstand beste Restaurant (auch im Vergleich zu nicht-veganen aus früheren Zeiten), in dem ich jemals war.

We originally wanted to spend a few days in the hotel and experience the accommodations and restaurant. Unfortunately they were booked but we managed to get a reservation in their fine dinning - an my partner and I are so so happy we did.
Read moreWe were openly greeted upon entering by Maria and Wolfgang, the owners...and so are fantastic experience began. Their openness was positive and welcoming.
As we were seated, we began our 4 course taste extravaganza. The dishes were creative and the food presented were like art pieces. I'm still talking about it with my fiends back home.
If you find yourself in Tirol, Austria...I can highly recommend stopping by - I can assure you that your taste buds will thank you.

Most amazing vegan place in the Alps - Edit
This hotel feels like home and the new chef (since 3 weeks) knows what he is doing. He manages to create extraordinary vegan food, super creative and delicious, very high standard! This holds for the breakfast, dinner and even the afternoon snack you get there as a hotel guest.

Cosy restaurant serving only one 4-course menu or single dishes of the menu in a beautiful hotel. We had a great 4 ( Amuse-Gueule) course vegan menu. After inquiring, it was explained, that normally one of the two main courses to choose from is vegan. The other one could be vegetarian, all other courses are vegan and set. Make sure to call in advance as seating (if you are not staying in the hotel) is limited and to make sure, there will be a vegan main course, if vegan is what you are looking for. Food was terrific! Staff was friendly, also very helpful on the phone. One of my favorites, so far! - August 2019

Delicious and creative food - Edit
A beautiful Hotel in nature that offers 10 seats per day to outside guests. They have a beautiful and healthy 4 course menu but you can either choose between the courses. We had a delicious zucchini soup, cauliflower with harissa from the oven on a green spelt risotto and for dessert a fabulous creation of peach, chocolate and more. Everything was delicious and easily veganized. The staff is really nice and forthcoming and while waiting for your food (which doenst take long) you can watch the cook at work.

Toll für Gemüsefans - Edit
Der Koch kann sehr gut mit den verschiedensten Gemüsen und Gewürzen umgehen, jeder Gang ist ein Gedicht. Wunderbare Suppen, ausgezeichnete und nicht zu süße Nachspeisen. Auch Hülsenfrüchte und Getreidesorten haben ihren Auftritt. Sehr gemütlich zum Sitzen und Genießen mit tollem Blick in den Garten.
