To begin with, the service wasn’t great; we weren’t given menus or told we had to order everything at the bar.

A poor inexperienced wait staff girl was sent out to tell us they didn’t have any vegan cheese (there was a supermarket 4 mins down the road) and did we want a refund or a pizza without cheese. Put on the spot, and also quite hungry, we said without cheese was fine. Only after about 10 mins did I realise that the margarita pizza would only have tomato sauce on it - and that’s exactly how it came out. As a chef, wouldn’t you be embarrassed sending that out? The capricciosa didn’t have anything on it to replace the meat either - it was just artichokes, olives and mushrooms. We were still charged $22 for the margarita and about $25 for the other (we asked if we could not get charged as much because of no vegan cheese and were told no by the manager - via the wait staff - as the pizzas were ‘set price’. I’m so sick of getting ripped off.

Good vegan options, very considerate staff - Edit
I loved that they had vegan cheese and vegan mayonnaise. So “vegan option” wasn’t just removing everything non-vegan. Staff was really nice and helpful and truly cared about how to best veganise my pizza choice.

Ordered the vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese (which I believe was bio cheese). Generous with toppings, Sun-dried tomatoes were nice but pumpkin could’ve been cooked longer. 45 min wait for food when it wasn’t really busy.

Beautiful location at East Shores.
Got the veggie burger made vegan option, veggie patty and mushrooms were tasty.
Unfortunately they failed to remove the mayonnaise and cheese resulting in 3 stars instead of 4 stars.
Pros: Burger was pretty tasty, Nice location, Menu marked clearly with vegetarian and vegan
Cons: Forgot to take off the mayonnaise and cheese
