Delicious food, lots of options - Edit
We stayed 2 nights and had a really good experience. The customer service is fantastic, everyone is very clear on what the vegan options are and have clarified things when needed. They have vegan ginger biscuits in the room and hot drinks come with vegan short bread.
Read moreBreakfast: buffet breakfast you're staying, with vegan options clearly labeled, plus extra items to order. Vegan items include: Linda McCartney sausages, hash browns, tattie scones, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, toast, morning rolls, porridge, cereals, nuts and raisins, range of stewed fruits and fresh fruit, oat cakes, jams and compots, juices, teas and coffees, oat milk
Cruize bar: there's a couple of options here, pizzas, burger, salads, and a curry. None of it was amazing though so we only had the one meal here
Brambles restaurant: given this is a seafood restaurant we weren't expecting to love it but it was brilliant. It doesn't smell of seafood at all, there's several vegan options and they clearly put as much thought and effort into these as they do their seafood. We tried the wild mushroom and French onion risotto, the spiced sweet potato soup, cauliflower steak with salsa verde, and tamarind aubergine with vegetable tagine and flat breads. Everything was delicious, and the portion sizes were really generous. There were a couple of other options too that we didn't try, including matcha and elderflower creme brulee.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Super happy to be able to dine with my friends at Eighteen69, the menu and staff were very clear about what could be made vegan.

Love it here - Edit
I love staying at auchrannie for all sorts of reasons. It’s a very special place and I am delighted that they have introduced more and more vegan options over the years. A number of options of the menu at both cruise and brambles. I tend to find brambles the best as options are a little more imaginative.

📝: This was located in the Auchrannie Resort. We stayed here when on Arran. Definitely worth staying here. Dog-friendly - can have them outside on the balcony or in the lounge after dinner is finished. Great breakfast. They have two hotels beside each other. Staff are accommodating.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Dog-friendly
Cons: Expensive - hence 3 stars

A bit disappointing - Edit
We weren't staying at the resort but tried an early evening meal at the Cruize Bar and Brasserie, popular with families. Full marks to it for having a few vegan dishes on the menu, but some of our grilled vegetables were very under-cooked and the vegan house salad rather dull - partly because it was served in a big bowl and the best bits ended up at the bottom, under the mixed leaves. Staff pleasant and efficient.
