Open late and an OK place to eat - Edit
Nice location and food is OK, but unlikely to return. The young guy was good at his job, but when he finished and the older colleagues took over they were not as welcoming.

the worst service from the waitress ever.

the waitress show the sign that im stupid in the head and get the package.
i ask what does this mean on the package does it mean non gm? (its written in romanian)and the waitress say that she dont eat tofu no idea.
then she takes my order and go and laugh in the kitchen with the staff very loudly.
This is clearly the worst veggie place i have ever been in and they count meat as healthy food too as i remember almost surely they had it on menu and write healthy food outside.
i found another place called xclusive (open late) that had very good veggie burger 500meters up the street into the old town other days.and also vegan italian pasta and supernice service.
i can recommend that place instead.

There is a separate vegan section in their menu, which I appreciate a lot. I liked the combination of ingredients and tastes in the dishes I ordered. I do not like the location, since it is in a really crowded area of the city.

We also ordered mushrooms in some kind of juice, delicious, but you probably need to order a side dish with it.

This place offers so much vegan food. We had soup for starter, mushrooms and tofu on a bed of quinoa for main along with breads and rice. My boyfriend had sea bass as he is not a vegan. So pleases all parties. The decor is amazing inside too, plus the servers are so kind and helpful

Nice restaurant with lovely middle eastern flavours in the heart of Bucharest’s Old Town. Staff was also very friendly. Would recommend sharing the Mix Vegan Platter, with babaganoush, humus, 2 types of falafel, and aubergine caviar.

We had an amazing dinner here, ordering 4 dishes that we shared. Staff was super friendly and spoke perfect English. You order through an iPad and there is a whole separate vegan menu with pictures and detailed info with lots of options. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and very healthy. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant as well.

Really awesome restaurant in Old Town. Upstairs is a warehouse vibe which would be awesome for lunch or dinner. Menus are provided on an iPad and you can filter to your dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian and gluten free). The staff are very friendly.

Aubergine was great- funky, cozy decor, friendly service, and most importantly an extensive vegan menu! It's rare to find a restaurant where my husband (who eats meat) and I are both completely satisfied, but this was perfect for everyone.

Aubergine is not listed on top of the vegan friendly restaurants for nothing. It has a whole vegan menu and a whole variety of meals, it just burgers and pizza. We took the vegan mix platter 250g with bread between two people and we were full. It was very tasty. The service was good and fast. The most popular vegetables of the dishes were obviously the eggplant but also mushrooms. Overall it was a great experience and if we had more space we would’ve definitely tried more of the menu.

The food was so nice, we tried the lentil salad, mushrooms in white sauce and shoarma. Delicious but without any carbs, we missed this ab bit, but well its a healthy restaurant. We would recommend it, but its really not that cheap.

Food was just okay. Disappointing because I’ve been getting used to very good food in Romania. Perhaps they cater to enough tourists that they need not count on return customers? Nectarine salad was very salty, falafel was better, but quite bland.
