Vegan Sushi - Edit
They have a vegan Sushi Plate and vegan miso soup. Was very good.

Doesn't get much better in Monthey - Edit
There is little competition in Monthey so even this underwhelming selection gets this place to the top. However if they actually still have planted meat and can incorporate it in a vegan poke bowl, this is actually good. Note that they use "végétalien" for vegan.
