Today I tried the spicy wasabi seaweed and a truly epic spinach / hummus salad… and mango chili sorbet for dessert. The wait staff was very friendly, offering additional options that could be prepared vegan.

O Atlas é provavelmente o nosso restaurante e bar favorito de Leiria. Não é totalmente vegetariano mas tem muita opções. Normalmente comemos a tábua do dia que pode-se pedir para ser vegan.

One of my favourite spots in Leiria. - Edit
I came here for dinner and was left in awe with the quality of the food. I already knew that the service was very accommodating and friendly but I had never been here for food before and was positively surprised by it.

We ordered the starter platter (was huge!) to share and the poke bowl as a main.
I especially recommend the starter platter for a group as there is a lot of variety in it and everything was really good! There was guacamole, hummus, fried polenta, seasweed sheets, cherry tomatoes, fresh juicy grapes, cucumber and carrot sticks, tortilla chips and cheese nuggets & foccacia (only things that were vegetarian and not vegan).
They also have some funky cocktails in case you are in the mood 😉
The space is very uniquely decorated and the vibe is pretty unique and special. Totally recommend!
P.S. Everything that is vegan is properly identified in the menu!
