Hanoi vegan hangout - Edit

Excellent place, excited to find a place passionate about veganism! Very friendly (yet shy) owner who's also building a sanctuary. And good food at good prices too!

Make sure to check Facebook for the latest opening hours, on certain days it is closed or delivery-only.

Pros: English, French also spoken, Good prices, Desserts

Cons: Open very limited hours

Vegans in Vietnam - Edit

We came here for an evening dessert and drink. I was knocked out by the place. Everywhere pictures about farm animals and how we should treat them. Great atmosphere and ambiance.
We had a cup cake and chocolate cake with cheese (made from cashews)on top, delicious. Avocado smoothie was delicious. Very reasonable priced. If you come to Ha Noi please visit this place and support 100% vegans.

Pros: great atmosphere and ambiance, exceptional staff also speaks English, decor and atmosphere great

Cons: cup cake could've been BIGGER

I LOVE this place! - Edit

It's a bit hidden but once you find it, lots of pleasant surprises await you. So far I've tried the vegan pasta, ice cream, chocolate cake, and banh mi falafel. Everything is delicious and the owner is super nice. I'm sure I'll go there many times more while I'm in Hanoi. Highly recommended. There're like 5 seats, so you don't necessarily have to get take-out if you're lucky.

Pros: Yummy food, Affordable price, Friendly staff

Cons: Not enough seats

Vietnam needs more places like this - Edit

While there is a pretty significant vegan population in Vietnam, there isn't any coherent dialogue about animal welfare, let alone animal rights. Why? Veganism is too often seen as a religious or spiritual practice. I'm glad that there is now a proper space for ethical vegans and activists to come together. Keep it up!

Pros: Focus on animal rights, Good food, Passionate, kind owner
