They have a Concept menu with a sharing etagere with different small dishes that you can enhance wit Appetizer and Dessert. Very friendly staff and good Biers and eines. You can sit inside in very stylish Lounge Atmosphäre or outside. However expensive prices especially if you take the starter or dessert Sharing Plate. Order a Dessert separately if you want.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted and made to feel so welcome. We chose a table inside and loved the decor and vibe. The food was incredible. We had the sharing plate and absolutely loved the variety of different dishes and flavors. What a complete treat!

I had a hard time finding their website (it seems to be down) or their Instagram (no information about their menu). Nevertheless, I made a reservation. I am solo travelling. It was my surprise to find out that you can't get a regular meal at this place. They only have sharing dish trays (mad expensive) and small bites. A sharing dish tray was £32 per person!

Great food, friendly service, nice place.
Can get loud when full.
We always take the etagere, as it has a great selection of dishes, and is different every time.
The Eton Mess dessert is delicious!
One annoying thing: people smoking on the front terrace, and the smell of cigarettes entering the resto.

Has moved. The new location is also very nice, has more of a 'restaurant' feeling.
Again, had a nice dinner. Entree, tapas etagee and dessert for 40€.
Friendly service.
Advised to make a reservation (although that wasnt really clear - got no confirmation through the online reservation system, and the phone doesnt get answered - apparently no phone reception in the resto).
Small step to get in. Didnt see an accessible toilet. Toilets clean, with individual towels. And LOVED the tiles on the wall!

The menu only offers a handful of light options (eg nachos with dip), as this is primarily a wine bar. We chose the vegan etagère for two (32€) and it was magnificent! With homemade vegan cheezes, lasagne, avocado spread, a small glass of soup, bread, fresh vegetables and much more.
More than enough for the two of us.
For dessert we shared a chocolate mousse (made with aquafaba) with whip (5€). Nice!
Beautiful decor in an old historic building in the city centre of Bruges. It used to be the painting studio (atelier) of painter Flori Van Acker in the 19th century, hence the name.
On selected dates also live music and art exhibitions.
Accessibility: One small step to get in, some tables on ground floor. Back seat area is with several steps and toilets are also in the back (steps). Didn't see an accessible toilet.

Read moreWe hadden gereserveerd, maar kregen bij aankomst een onprettige en te hoge tafel, die gelukkig snel kon worden aangepast. Na de amuse moesten we echter ruim een uur!!! wachten op het voorgerecht. Toen we hiernaar vroegen, kregen we geen duidelijke uitleg, wat het gevoel gaf dat er iets was misgegaan zonder dat dit werd gecommuniceerd?
Het eten was erg lekker, maar door de zeer lange wachttijd, ontbrekende communicatie en de matige service viel de totale ervaring tegen. Erg zonde, zeker gezien de prijs en onze hoge verwachtingen.

My favourite place in Bruges. Lovely atmosphere and great service. I was dining solo and was made to feel most welcome. They offered to do the sharing plate for one which was super as it meant that although I was on my own I got to try lots of different dishes. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I'm glad I went hungry (I'd skipped lunch) because I also managed pudding which was also super. All in all a fabulous evening.

The experience deserves 5 stars from beginning to end. I recommend a reservation.
I was alone - but didn't feel like it. The owner (I think?) was so kind to me. Such a kind human. Explained everything so well and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get the sharing tray for me alone, although it was a litlte much. I still finished everything cuz it's so delicious.
(Only read if you want to know which dishes are served)
Pumpkin soup, carrot on a yoghurt dip, nacho cheese sauce, sliced of watermelon, small couscous (I think?) dish, arancini, aubergine-meatball-tomato stick, scoop of selfmade cashew cheese, little scone with red beet patty and cream, tzatziki-garlicy dip, focaccia slice, noodle-tofu-soup, zucchini slice, nachos/crisp bread on the side, cherry tomatoes, rocket
I can't even begin to start on the single dishes, because with every bite you could taste the love and thoughts behind it. 10/10 recommend this experience. The ice tea was also amazing, but I waited until the ice cube was a little melted because it's very sweet so I would've preferred a little more water in it. Unfortunately I was too full for dessert, but the coconut cream and the pistachio chocolate tart on the neighbour table looked amazing.

Read moreWe had the Menu Dessert sharing dish, which includes 12 different types of bites that compete intensely to be the tastiest of them all. We really liked the tartar sauce, the 'meatball', and ... everything else as well. 🙂
The hibiscus, ginger & lemon ice tea with fruit was even better than I had expected. It was actually too intense for me, so I added half a liter of sprinkling water to it for the perfect taste. 😀
Beware of the nachos dish! The potato & carrot cheesy sauce is both addictive and filling. There must have been a hundred nachos on the plate, it was a true festival of nacho heaven!
As for the dessert, what can I say? In the words of my wife: "The dessert is divine." The Eton Mess is a luscious ice cream coupé with very, very tasty lentil whip cream, a scoop of smooth and silky vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries and strawberry syrup. My wife doesn't like whip cream at all (especially the coconut cream-based version), but she loves this lentil whip cream. 😋
The chocolate pistachio tart ('Fresh pastry from MagPies') is very nice and has an honest, intense taste.
In short: any vegan or non-vegan visiting Europe should eat here, it's THAT good.

This place really has heart and it shows in the food and service. We went twice in one summer and had the menu with the sharing tray both times. It's clear that a great deal of thought has gone into everything, from the decor to the flavours and textures on offer. One of the top 3 vegan restaurants I've ever been to!
