Stopped for a drink, but ended up having lunch, was a very hot day sofas quiet. Staff were very attentative and food was tasty, relaxed atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely outdoor dining in a beautiful historic city. Great atmosphere and really friendly staff. Limited selection of vegan starters (salad or bruschetta) but a separate vegan/vegetarian menu for mains, including a couple of tofu dishes. The tofu da casa was really nice, marinated in chilli sauce, stir fried with veg and served on rice.

Adorable local eatery with a whole page of veg and vegan options. Great atmosphere. Really nice staff. Teriyaki tofu was exceptional. Great options for our omni family members too.

Excellent hot chocolate and vegetarian pasta. My aunt had the vegetarian burger with fries and only ate a few bites of the burger. But my pasta was excellent. They speak English and have an ok toilet. They offer pizza and Pasta and burgers vegetarian and vegan.

Portuguese style tofu highly recommended - Edit
There is a page for vegan and vegetarian options on menu which is handy. We both ordered the Portuguese style tofu with sautéed vegetables, rice and salad which was surprisingly flavourful and perfectly seasoned. Good portion too. Nice outdoor seating shaded from the sun. Enjoyed a nice lunch here after visiting the castle.

Great to see a place that doesn't only serve burgers as a vegan option, but also some veganised local food ( portugese style tofu, bifana). Had the tofu, which was well seasoned and a good portion. Would come back to try the seitan bifana!
