Whole vegan menu. I love the ramen. It’s super flavorful and available with gluten free noodles. Everything I’ve had is consistently good. If you like pickled veggies and other Japanese small dishes, they’ve got it!

Wonderful vegan Japanese - Edit
I don’t usually see many people in here, and I’d like to see that change. I know it’s tempting with Doomie’s and NextMex right there, but I’ve had almost everything on the veggie menu here and it’s all been delicious.
Read moreThe ramen and tanmen are loaded with ingredients but not in an overwhelming way. The curry udon is particularly good on a cold night. I get cravings for the garlic tofu bento. And I’m pretty sure they make their own pickles!
This restaurant has adapted very well to catering to the vegans who frequent this strip mall. Chances are, when you’re seated, you’ll be asked if you’d like the veggie menu.
Pros: Separate veg menu w/ good understanding of vegan, Friendly and knowledgeable service, All the food is delicious
Cons: Veggie menu doesn’t say you need to specify vegan, Parking can be tough.

I'm glad it was approved for listing. Atch-Kotch is a lovely Japanese restaurant with quality food and seperate vegan menus! It has super quick service and nice staff. I would give it 5 stars if happycow would allow :)
