Vegans make reservations in advance!

This place was great, very accommodating. We got the multi course meal, me vegan and two vegetarians. Normally this is a meaty experience but they were more than happy to accommodate. We made our reservation a day in advance and told them of the diets. We later learned this is the best way to do things because they go shopping for ingredients the day of and if you don’t book in advance they may not be able to accommodate you that day. For our meal, some of the items were what we called “salty fruit”; marinated vinegary and salty fruits/watery vegetables. The flavor for these “salads” was not for me at all and I could’ve done without them. Once we got to the more savory dishes I was blown away. Awesome potato, mushroom, onion things and a mind blowing vegan truffle risotto. The main guy serving us was great, attentive, and was genuinely concerned about our experience and if everything was going well. It’s not cheap but you 100% get what you pay for. Also finished off with a vegan chocolate jelly thing with raspberry ice cream and vegan (gelatin-free) candies

Delicious and surprising. They are very happy to cater for vegans and they know what they are doing 👍
