Lively, artful vegetarian cafe in the heart of Gorukle town's youth spirit, a town which has been recreated by the invasion of students of Uludag University. The place previously served meat, but stopped serving it the beginning of 2017. Please ask staff for vegan options. Has a Turkish vegan nutrition chart hung on the wall. You can occasionally find jazz and rock live music, as well as theater plays. The place is also renowned for its LGBT-friendly environment. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-1:00am.

Vegan kafe restoran - Edit
Civardaki tek vegan kafe / restoran. Burger ve garnitürleri lezzetli. Çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim.
Read moreOnly full vegan option in the area. They serve burgers and more vegan plates such as pasta etc. I recommend it.
C'est vraiment difficile de trouver un restaurant vegan dans ce quartier. Même en ville, c'est pas facile. Donc c'est bien d'avoir un café vegan ici. Leur nourriture est délicieuse. Le menu est quand même limité avec peu de plats.

such a pity - Edit
I had high hopes for this place as it is the only one in the vicinity of my hotel and the town does not have many vegan options. I usually go for everything but the food just wasn't worth it.
Read moreIt wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, but the menu is really in need of improvement.
The pasta with tomato sauce was so overcooked that the pasta broke as soon as you touched it with a fork and the sauce tasted just like the one in the tin, with a disproportionate amount of oregano added. I always eat everything but we left that one.
The burger was mediocre and the gozleme was ok although in the end everything lacked a bit of flavour and savouriness in general.
The drinks are great and I will have to try the cakes.

it is ok - Edit
The prices are reasonable portions are also good but i did not find the food very delicious, the hamburger was very crusty and i think it would be better if they serve it with french fries

Very kind. - Edit
We have just ordered here. We don't speak Turkish. The people here were very kind and patient as we ordered using google translate. They do not have vegan menu items on their standards menu, only vegetarian. They will veganise meals upon request. Funky community cafe vibe.
Read morePros: All vegetarian., Polite., Cool turkish music.
Cons: Not cheap., Not a good view.

Pleasantly suprised - Edit
We were so happy to find this hidden gem. Although it is a vegetarian place, the staff straight away assisted us with finding the vegan options. The staff were very helpful and polite, the place itself was cosy, and the food was very tasty and healthy with lots of variety. Also their fresh orange juice was amazing! Definitely recommend
