Surprised to find good vegan options here!

I was pleasantly surprised that this lovely resort had a separate vegan menu with several options for breakfast and dinner. I stayed with friends for three nights and was expecting to eat the usual scarce vegan food in the Philippines - fruit, rice, bread, potatoes. They have a buffet with all kinds of food that vegans can’t eat, so I was bummed out at first. Then we mentioned to a server that I’m vegan and they came back with a menu that had 4 options for dinner and 3 for breakfast! You can also get whatever you want from the buffet, which is nice while the food is being specially prepared for you (30ish minutes). The food was flavored well and I was a happy gal with a full belly, able to enjoy all that the resort had to offer.
