Pre-booking essential to get what you’d like - Edit
It looks like it’s better to book here as there are so few tables and she might not be open. I wanted to try the Polish dumplings but you have to pre-order those so that was a shame. The owner is a Thai woman who is also a nutritionist. She makes her mock meat from cassava and it was really nice in the green curry. #Veganuary

Assisted by Nature has a wonderful menu that is thoughtfully put together by the friendly and welcoming owner, Morakot. Every dish we had was delicious, some of the best food we’ve eaten at any restaurant!

If only I could give the 5 stars this place fully deserves (I can’t as it’s not fully vegan). The food is so creative and delicious. The venue is really cozy and homely. And Morakot the owner/chef is just delightful.

Tiny totally vegetarian restaurant. Run by really friendly woman. Our party of 10 plus three babes filled the place. Vegan would have been possible. Everything really delicious at a very reasonable price. Byo booze.

Amazing food - Edit
We have visited Assisted by Nature restaurant last weekend and we were nicely surprised with very tasty vegan food and excellent hosting skills by the owner. Highly recommended. Will be definitely returning soon.

Morakot is an excellent cook and a lovely soul. My partner and I are so happy to have found this vegan/veg/pescatarian place and have her cook for us. I highly recommend you try the food here as everything that we had was amazing. Please remember to book before you head over though. Do enjoy.

Read moremy pad thai was excellent! very rich in taste. different, because it’s not as sweet as usual as i was told.
the lady running this place was so sweet, it’s crazy! very welcoming and passionate about the food she’s cooking.
i honestly don’t understand why she’s offering fish, as this has to be ordered a day in advance and she seemed to care more about veggie food anyway.
very fair prices! nothing costs more than 10 pounds.
would come back anytime!
