This Shanghai style soup dumpling spot has several vegan options that are clearly identified on the menu: veggie dumplings (dry, not in soup) , cold spicy noodles, stir fried veggies & noodles, cabbage slaw, spicy cucumber salad. You can see a theme here: noodles. My favorite dish was the spicy stewed seitan with mushrooms and peanuts. This is a fast food spot, for sure, with a standardized menu, counter orders and self-service seating, but the vegan options were fresh, reasonably priced, not overly salty, sweet or oily.
