Airport convenience - Edit
I stopped at Asian Box in December 2025 on my way to catch a flight. Asian Box had just opened for the day. I ordered my meal at the counter from friendly employees who were very helpful in letting me know what was vegan. I ordered the Tofu Curry box. The meal was delicious and the serving large. Service was fast because most food was already prepared. As a result, my meal was not as hot as I would have liked. There's a small eating area to sit at. The meal was rather expensive after adding on surcharges and taxes, but that's to be expected inside the airport terminal. I was grateful that there existed a vegan option for me and I'll be back again the next time I'm in this terminal.

They have several vegan options and vegan listed on the menu. Im not a huge fan of the flavors personally but i know other people who love it.

Great, fast option! The menu is clearly labeled for vegans. You can choose your base of rice, rice noodles, or veggies. Then choose curry tofu as your protein (yum!). Then choose your veggies (I went with all of them!) Last you can choose your sauce. There were a few vegan options for sauce but I forget what they all were. I had the Asian street dust and everything tasted so good. They also have a vegan one already on the menu if you are not into customization.

Skip the tofu, if you want - Edit
I like tofu okay, and this place puts it in sauce and keeps it firm. I wish there was another veg choice. Okay, not falafel either. But wait, I'm told, you can skip the tofu and get extra vegetables. Okay, I'm in. Interesting sauces.

Delicious, balanced meal! - Edit
While Asian Box has mostly meat options, you can’t go wrong with a box with their coconut curry tofu. You get a good portion with a base of your choosing, along with plenty of veggies and a lot of sauce options. Everything is flavorful and really satisfying!
