Asian Box is right across from the AMC theaters, so we stopped in after a morning movie for an early lunch. As there was no one else there, we got a chance to talk to the manager about vegan options. Everything is vegan unless it obviously is meat, egg, fish sauce or the milk in the iced coffee. We built our own boxes, one with jasmine rice and one with chilled noodles. We both added the coconut curry tofu (only non-meat option) and all the toppings (egg costs extra). We got the sriracha sauce with the rice and the peanut sauce with the noodles. We grabbed tofu spring rolls from the to-go case. The rolls and papaya salad are even marked vegan on the price list. Our boxes came out really quickly and were tasty. They were larger and more filling than we expected too. Asian Box was a good value for quick service. We'll be back.
