Est. Feb. 2023. A fine dining vegetarian restaurant serving a variety of nutritious dishes. Lots of items in the menu are by default vegan and many dishes include tofu. Ask them to exclude dairy and veganize and they'll happily oblige. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

Amazing Japanese vegan options

Asian Bistro is my go-to for vegan Japanese food. Their sushi options can be easily veganised - my favorites being the Crispy California Roll and Tanuki Veg Sushi. The Khousey rice bowl is equally delicious, and the Cranberry Lime Soda perfectly rounds out the meal.
