I went there when they had the buffet and there was only one vegan option apart from the plain rice. They offered to make some noodles with veggies and sprouts, but without egg (thr one they offered was with egg) and they did so on the spot. They also made some spring rolls for me. I’m sorry I did not see the sushi bar from the beginning, I think they had some vegan options too.
