OK für einen Bahnhof - Edit
Es gibt ein paar vegane Optionen. Ich hatte ein banh mi und leider war es nicht so lecker. Das Brot war nicht knusprig, leider insgesamt wenig Geschmack. Nur die Mayo war sehr präsent. Schade.

Read moreA vegan sushi bowl with tofu, a “sandwich”, summer rolls, gyoza, Pho and something with “bao” (can’t remember the exact name but it’s a warm bun filled with veggies). They are very quick. Perfect for the time in between trains. You could take it to go or eat there. Food is almost always ready within minutes. Really great vegan option!

- wakame salad: good taste
- vegan sushi bowl: good portion size, nice food
- vegan noodle soup with tofu: not to my taste; the broth tasted like cinnamon or something "christmassy". It had no vegetables, just onions and some herbs.
The two ladies working there were extremely lovely, one extra star for them!

Read moreThe banh mi is simple yet nice (it could do with a few more crunchy veggies though), the bao is great and the service is very friendly and efficient.
On our next visit we'll make sure to leave enough time to sit down and try the pho and gyoza, which smelled delicious!

It's okay for a to go snack in the train station - Edit
Nothing special. Still, everything is clearly labeled and ready very fast, so if you want to grab something while switching trains, it's fine and you don't need to start checking ingredients. Two clearly labeled vegan sandwich choices with Tofu/soy medaillon and vegetables, vegan Gyoza, a vegan Bowl and also the sauces are clearly labeled.

It wasn't awesome but okay and I thought 3,5€ is a fair price.
