Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese family restaurant with inside seating. Offers freshly made Vietnamese classics as well as sushi and bubble tea. Except the soups, all dishes can be made vegan. You can order dishes with just veggies or tofu. Some items are already vegan, while others may contain fish sauce (please ask staff or look at allergens listed below each meal). Open Mon-Sat 11:00-22:00, Sun 12:00-22:00.

KEIN veganes Essen

Da manche Gerichte auf der Karte zwar als vegan gekennzeichnet waren, das aber nicht mit den angegeben Allergenen übereinstimmen konnte oder zumindest sehr schwammig war, habe ich nochmal gezielt nach einer Karte für Allergiker gefragt und diese auch bekommen. Mit Hilfe dieser Karte musste ich dann aber leider feststellen, dass keines der Gerichte sicher vegan ist, weil Farb-, Zusatz- und Konservierungsstoffe genannt, aber nicht genauer bestimmt werden. Bei den Getränken gab es gar keine Kennzeichnung.
Für Personen, die sich nur pflanzlich, aber nicht vegan ernähren, hätte sich vermutlich eine Option zumindest bei den Getränken finden lassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren an sich auch recht freundlich und haben Änderungen angeboten, die aber trotzdem für Veganer und Allergiker ungeeignet wären.

Service ist sehr freundlich. Kokos Suppe war ganz gut gewürzt. Das Tofu Gericht leider gar nicht.

Good food, friendly staff

We wanted to go to the Kartoffelhaus, but they were fully booked. This place is nearby, and each dish (excluding the sushi, of course) could be ordered vegan (with veggies) or with tofu.
If you prefer tofu as I do, be sure to let them know that you want your dish vegan. Otherwise, the tofu will be prepared with chicken sauce.

The food was fresh, the waiter was really friendly, and there was a wide variety of delicious choices.

Definitely would go there again. :)

Pros: Fresh food , Friendly staff , Many choices

Cons: Tofu is not necessarily vegetarian prepared

Finally a Vietnamese place with vegan options

Around Eisenach it's been extremely hard, near impossible to find vegan asian food, especially Vietnamese. That's changed, thanks to these lovely people! Except for their Udon and Pho soup (yes it's a bummer) you can basically get any dish on the menu vegan. Either with just veg or even tofu. Some dishes contain fish sauce, which is always highlighted below, so read carefully and just ask them to leave it out, they'll kindly do so. The food's always fresh and the aromatics are on point.

Pros: Lot's of vegan options, Food is fresh and flavorful , Very nice staff

Cons: No delivery, but with pick-up option, Pho not with veggie broth available
