Absolutely divine lagman noodles—don't miss them!

Oh my gosh, WOW. This lagman was one of the best things I ate in Central Asia. The noodles were homemade, lusciously thick, and with an amazing chewy texture. The sauce was exquisite and balanced to perfection. The veggies were crisp and fresh, and the marinated mushrooms were deliciously meaty in the best plant-based way. The dish was so good that I (literally) called home about it!

The restaurant is a short walk from Panfilov Park and Ascension Cathedral, and SO worth it. It looks like it's a little bit out of town, but it's actually super easy and quick to reach.

Staff were pleasant and understood veganism, with the menu clearly making the vegan lagman with a big sign. Atmosphere was nice: lots of natural light and comfy booths and seats. Card accepted.

Pros: Vegan lagman was absolutely DIVINE, the noodles were chewy homemade perfection, the sauce was flavour-packed & perfectly balanced

5 stars for vegan lagman

My partner and I came here for a quick bite and felt this place exceeded our expectations. We both tried lagman for the first time, mine with vegetables which was advertised as vegan. Service was quick and food was tasty with good quality ingredients. At $7-8AUD per hefty plate, it was a good value and we left feeling satisfied. The restaurant itself was quite clean and spacious. There are multiple locations in the city, so check on your maps app if this one is out of your way.
