Quality Lebanese

I've seldom met Lebanese people in the UAE who aren't foodies, and the fact that Al Arz continues to serve it's community in an increasingly competitive local market is a testimony to the sheer quality of the food.
Vegans won't get far in the menu beyond the (excellent) mezze, but does that matter?
Their complimentary home-baked bread and crispy falafel will not disappoint and hummus variations abound.
If I've any criticism, is that there are seldom enough lettuce leaves with which to eat the super-fresh tabbouleh- life can be so cruel sometimes!
