Opciones veganas NO SON CONFIABLES - Edit
Tienen opciones "veganizables". Ordené una quesadilla vegana, esperé y lo que me dieron fue una quesadilla con pollo, cuando le expliqué al mesero muy amablemente fue a exponerle al Chef mi punto, pasaron al menos unos 15 minutos, el mesero regresó y me dijo que según le decía el chef era un sustituto de pollo. Pero realmente todo era muy sospechoso y extraño, y pues era muy claro que era pollo. Al final cocinaron una de falafel (la pedí para llevar porque no me la comería por desconfianza y pues ya había pagado).

Hubiera preferido que se disculparan por el error (que puede pasar) y no que trataran de ocultarlo.
El artisano que inició hace unos años atrás era vegan friendly, ha cambiado mucho y no precisamente para mejorar.

Trendy cafe with lots of veganizability - Edit
A trendy open air cafe in a newer neighborhood. Lots of veganizable options on the menu are clearly marked. Our server spoke English really well and also understood veganism. We had two different burgers and both were great. (Basically they sub a meat burger with either a portabella or a falafel.)

Years ago most dishes had a vegan option. Today, it’s quite the opposite. They are expanding selling comfort food but moving away from healthy options. A big lost.

We went and ordered two milkshakes, we were clear in asking them to be suitable for vegans, when they brought the milkshakes it was so impressive that we asked before drinking it, the guy tell us that they prepare it with lactose free cow milk. They brought us new ones, this time with almond milk, but we no longer trust them.

They do serve meat. The milkshakes are great and almost everything on the menu can be vegan. The place is pet friendly and the staff is really nice.
