delicious, made to order vegan food located in a lot with other food trucks. I had the poke bowl but subbed the spicy tahini for cilantro sauce. definitely recommend! There is outdoor seating and lighting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next time we are in Aguadilla!

Best Black Bean Burger known to man!! - Edit
When I tried the Arte Sano burger for the first time, I cleaned the plate and went back to order a second one. And came back other dates throughout the trip. That should tell you all that you need to know, they are FUEGO!
Read moreEverything was so flavorful and rich. The bun was extremely light and fluffy. It seemed to be either homemade or locally sourced, fries were excellently seasoned and fried to perfection. And the burger??!!?! God bless their kitchen and the hands that made it! I will definitely come back anytime im in Puerto Rico, thats it.

I ordered the chilli chips and the artesano burger. Everything was amazing! The taste of the burger with the sauce was great. Thr chili chips were delicious as well. Overall this place was fire!!!

I’m a Gluten free vegan always on the hunt for tasty options wherever I travel. This was a major score! Vacationing in PR. A little tougher to find vegan and gluten free food here. Saw this on Happy Cow. Reviews seemed promising. Worth the 30 minute drive from where we were staying. Food is gorgeously prepared. Unique options that were beyond delicious! Variety of items for for different tastes. Had to go back just to say “thank you,” it was so good.

La comida es distinta a los espacios veganos que hemos visitado. Es un menú variado con las opciones on-point. Jugos naturales de las frutas de temporada. Es un equipo excelente, amables y atentos. Pedimos in panesón de calabaza con tostones de pana y tacos de falafel con jugo de parcha.

We went to Aguadilla as a small day trip and went here! I ordered the mofongo and my bf got the falafel tacos. Hands down the mofongo was the best! It was made from yuca and garlic sauce with some veggies and mushrooms. It was so good! I loved the sauce! Check this place out!!

At first my expectations were low when I saw this was a food truck. 100% wrong! This was one of the best vegan meals I’ve had on the island. We shared a rosemary pizza and the birria tacos. The pizza had a generous amount of toppings-mushrooms, onions and tomato sautéed to perfection. I topped it with the salsa that came with the tacos and it was amazing! The birria tacos were delicious, crunchy and piping hot. We’ll be back soon to try all the other items on the menu!! So well done! (You may want to bring a beach chair for comfort.)

Arte Sano has been some of THEE best vegan food I've ever had. The reverse were so amazing and their son, Ricardo, was the sweetest. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the conversation and recommend this place 💯 percent. You HAVE to stop here if you're in aguadilla.

Everyone has options here because they have all styles of food! I got the “fish” tacos, tostones and guava cake! They also have pizza and burgers. It is in a lot of other food trucks as well so non vegans have options to go elsewhere at the same place. Family owned restaurant and they put in hard honest work. And they were friendly!

Very inventive dishes, lovingly prepared with great flavors and textures. Well thought out menu. We have the tofu deconstructed taco and a jackfruit/ cabbage sandwich, topped off with chocolate cake.

So glad there is an all vegan food truck in the area near the Aguadilla airport. I loved the house made veggie burger, rosemary potatoes and tiramisu. Was even able to buy VEGAN COQUITO just in time for the holidays! Can't wait to return to try other menu items!
