cosy cafe with a few good vegan options - Edit

This place is a cafe rather than a proper restaurant, so the food menu is limited, but has a few tasty vegan options. The real attractions for me are the great atmosphere, elaborate choice of teas and well stocked book corner.

Pros: many different teas, great chai that can be made vegan, lovely atmosphere

Cons: limited food options

An ok place to relax with a coffee and book - Edit

They have a good selection of tea and coffee which can be made vegan.

I ordered the vegan chocolate cake which was very mediocre. It was pretty dry and seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. I definitely wouldn't get it again.

I saw another customer's chickpea burger served and it looked very dry and disappointing.

I think the place is overhyped to be honest.

Pros: All drinks can be made vegan.

Cons: Food is a little expensive and not very good.

A community hotspot - Edit

This cute and popular place is more of a community than a restaurant. The limited choice of food is very good. The events regularly held there are outstanding. The open microphone nights are beautiful :) It seems a genuinely caring and progressive place. Well, they have anti-plastic-waste water refills :)

Pros: Events, Meeting place

Disappointed - Edit

Went there for a quick bite and took the chickpea burger. Super dry and not that tasty. It comes with baked potatoes - exactly 4 small potatoes that is.

Pros: Relaxed atmosphere

Cons: Dry burger , Small portion

beautiful environment - Edit

The vegan burger is really nice. The live music and the open mic on Tuesday were great

More of a tea house than a restaurant - Edit

When we got there there was almost nothing left on the menu except for a mushroom burger and potato wedges.. We ordered the wedges and a chai tea, both were great. Wish the place had better service (had to go to the counter to order), wish there were more food options and stock of ingredients.

Nice vibe, looks like they have live music or open mic nights. Not hard to find either and in the heart of Pai.

Pros: Great for tea, good location

Cons: Limited menu, no service

Cozy and cute - Edit

The staff were nice, the menu clearly marked which items were vegan. I loved the vegan chickpea burger, they toasted the bun which was a nice touch.

good food but not many vegan options - Edit

The menu is small and only and few options were vegan. My girlfriend had the smoothie bowl and really enjoyed it, I had the vegan burger and chips which was so tasty but disappointingly there was only 4 chips! Staff were friendly and there's a vegan chocolate cake☺️

Not really vegan friendly - Edit

I tried breakfast here one morning. Their menu was teenie, and the vegan options almost nonexistent. We literally left without ordering and went to Earth Tone.

Pros: Close to town, cosy

Cons: Very few vegan options, small menu

cozy little chill spot - Edit

we spent some nice time here. Their coconut milk chai is delicious but their food is only okay and their vegan chocolate cake was disappointed :( worth it for the fun vibes though.

More tea than food - Edit

It's hard to get a good meal here, but if you are looking for tea with a snack then here is definitely a place you should visit. Lovely vibes from here, overall really lovely place to sit, chill and relax. You can get smoothies here too with just fruit and ice, which is good.

not what I expected - Edit

The chai tea is amazing, great ambiance and free wifi. The hours are not as listed, and apart from a few treats in a cooler there was no food until later in the day and it was just a soup. I enjoyed having chai tea here so as a cafe I highly recommend this place. It has a relaxed atmosphere overall ? they take their time making your tea or drinks but they are delicious!

Pros: great chai tea, safe water refill station, great ambiance and free wifi

Cons: not a restaurant, not cheap, slow service

Loved this place! - Edit

My bf and I went to this place quite a few times when we were in Pai. Absolutely delicious! They label which items are vegan on the blackboard. Highly recommend the hummus and pita (you get classic hummus and beetroot), the mushroom burger, the beetroot burger, and the carrot burger! It is expensive for us but it was worth it. The chocolate cake is very rich. We also bought the tamarind for a snack at home and it was awesome.Brought a couple of new friends here for lunch one day, they are not vegan but really liked the food, the feta avocado salad was large and buddy tried the vegetarian breakfast and enjoyed the mock meats.

Pros: Incredibly delicious, nice ambiance

Cons: Expensive

Relaxing place - Edit

Very nice and relaxing place for reading a book or meeting cool people, while sipping a a delicious tea or coffee! They serve food but nothing to die for except for the delicious chocolate vegan cake. They do have a lot of vegan options though.

No Food in the Evening - Edit

I turned up to eat an evening meal there to be disappointed - they don't serve food in the evening. They seem to stop around 5PM. Shame. The vegan chocolate cake that others have raved about was just so-so, a big portion but too dry and needed more sauce.

absolutely delicious! - Edit

On the night when we came, they were only serving 1 dinner item: a combo with lentil & chickpea soups and rice. It was so delicious! We also ordered an iced chai tea, mango shake, and vegan chocolate cake. Everything was delightful but the chocolate cake was TO LIVE FOR!

Pros: delicious food, great atmosphere , friendly service

Relaxing - Edit

We came here the morning we had to leave to go back to Chiang Mai. The second you walk in and take off your shoes you can feel how relaxed of a place this is. The Chai Tea was wonderful and they also have vegan chocolate cake.

Pros: relaxing

nice hippie place - Edit

We went there one evening when they had live music. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the chai tea with coconut milk which was really great, although quite pricy. My friend had the vegan chocolate cake and wasn't too satisfied with it, it was rather dry and not that flavorful.
I highly recommend it to just hang out at night, chill and listen to music.

Pros: great live music, nice atmosphere

Cons: pricy

Great cake! - Edit

I visited a couple of times whilst I was in Pai and their chocolate cake is seriously great. I'm not a tea fan but my husband enjoyed the soya chai too.

Excellent chai - Edit

Some of the best chai I have had - the soy milk was very creamy. The vegan cake was also delicious, not a healthy treat but very moist and tasty.
