Quality was very bad, coffee too bitter, wine was sour, soup was sour, pita bread came from a package. The only reason this place is busy is because it's conveniently located. Go elsewhere.

We had the lentil soup, hummus and olives. The hummus was ok, but the lentil soup really wasn’t great, I couldn’t recommend it.

Nice vegan option at Belvedere castle - Edit
I only had the lentil soup, but the staff was really helpful and I’m sure that the other food is great too. I hope in the future they will offer more vegan dishes, especially deserts 😇

Friendly for vegans - Edit
Welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff. After explaining that we did not eat any meat or milk-based products, the owner was more than willing to accommodate us and give us recommendations. We went for a mezze-style dinner with a collection of different starters, pitas and some fries. Food was there within a couple of minutes. The hummus and mashed potato were excellent! For dessert we went for apfelstrudel (without whipped cream) and some fruit. Would recommend this to anybody who likes mediterranean/middle eastern food!

Incredible vegan food, a must try - Edit
We recently spent a week in Vienna in Oct, eating here most nights. We did try other places for breakfast and lunch, but kept going back here. The food is wonderful. The man pictured is the owner and he is a sweetheart. We told them we were vegan and they directed us to anything that would work. They were even able to feed our gluten free daughter. Our glasses were never empty, staff was great. We celebrated our 20 something wedding anniversary here and the owner made it truly special. They had no desserts for us, but brought out freshly diced fruit at the end of the meal at no charge. They make you feel as though you are having dinner at a close friend’s home. A very rare thing indeed to find this 5,000 miles from home! Go, you will be glad you did. They deserve 5 stars, but happycow won’t let me. Shame on them. Non vegan restaurants have to try harder to get our business and deserve to be recognized on their merits too!
