Vegan friendly restaurant with a view of Haring - Edit
A vegan friendly restaurant/bar right in front of the famous Keith Haring mural. They have a separate vegan menu (as can be seen in the photo), but some of the options on their regular menu are vegan as well (or can be veganized). The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, so just ask them. Their dishes are mostly fried bar food/fast food and they would pair well with beer.

Best veg burger in Tuscany! - Edit
Wow - what a great burger! After being disappointed time and again by restaurants that are indifferent to vegan/veg needs, here’s a burger place that knows how to cater to vegans. Although mostly a non-veg menu, the ‘Hey You Burger’ showed that they know how to cook with plants, - crispy chickpea/bean patty layered with marinated tofu and a ridiculously delish spicy pumpkin sauce on a charred bun. A couple of other vegan bites on the menu but I know these guys can do more if we ask them.
