A 3 Michelin star haute cuisine restaurant offers a 12 course vegetarian degustation menu made from fresh fruit and vegetables picked same day from Alain Passard's extensive private organic gardens; uses no pesticides or chemical fertilizer. Some of the 12 course menu is most likely vegan, but is not mentioned on the menu, so vegans please inquire when booking reservations. Also, a la carte dishes may possibly be vegan, so please inquire about that also. Has an elegant and welcoming ambiance with a la carte options available. It is a very popular restaurant, so booking well in advance is necessary. Open Mon-Fri 12:00pm-2:30pm.

Fresh Organic Outstanding Delicious (FOOD) - Edit
I was absolutely Amazed by the unbelievable freshness and colour of the ethically sourced Organic Produce offered in this restaurant.
The menu is seasonal using produce grown in their gardens. The presentation of each course in the vegetarian degustation was simply elegant with respectful emphasis on the natural beauty of the gorgeous produce used. Each couse was delicious.
The wine selection to accompany each course was impeccable.
This restaurant caters for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike with a la carte and degustation menus available.
My motivation for this review is about letting vegetarians know they CAN eat at one of the best restaurants in the world! :)
The twelve course vegetarian degustation that I experienced showed the full range of one of the best chefs ever and was a dining revelation that I will never forget. It reaffirmed the reasons why I am a vegetarian/vegan and renewed my love for growing organic veggies at home!
Pros: Elegant welcoming ambiance, 3* Michelin., Vegetarian Degustation Available., Produce organic, super fresh, colourful.
