Lots of vegan options, not just falafel… though the falafel looks amazing!! Tofu shawarma, veggie gyro (veggie, not vegan), loaded vegan fries with vegan beef!

Enjoyed a delicious tofu shawarma and classic curly fries. The tofu shawarma was perfectly spiced and delicious. It was a lot of food, I had leftovers.

This little food truck is close to where I live, so accessibility is easy. The people that work this cart are very friendly. The last time I was there I asked why the falafel was not specifically labeled vegan and I was told because they use egg - always ask! The vegan schnitzel pita is amazing. If you like a little bit of kick, ask them to put a little bit of hot sauce on the schnitzel for you.

Excellent Food Super Nice People - Edit
Totally Vegan with the exception of eggs in 2 (I think) menu items. My favorites are the Falafel and the Veggie Gyro ( if vegan, ask for no egg in the veggie gyro) Soups are awesome they rotate as to availability. Nice size portions. *Note* Closed Fridays and Saturdays.

Delicious Israeli street food - Edit
Apparently this spot has been around for a few years and I wish I would have known about it long ago. All vegetarian take-out only. Had the tofu shawarma and falafel. Both delicious and huge portions. Amazing Israeli pita. Some unique dishes I've never found anywhere else in this area. A few dishes like the shakshouka and sabich have eggs which can probably be left out on request. Best to ask on the vegan status of some things since not everything is marked on the menu. Will definitely return to try more.
