Most vegan options now gone - Edit
Went here today excited for some of the things mentioned in the reviews, but was disappointed to find the vegan options are now more limited. Some nice looking basic breakfast things, but lunch was only a burrito bowl. Menu photos included!

Tasty vegan & vegetarian food, nice location - Edit
The vegetarian bruschetta (could be made vegan with omission of the pesto and the small amount of goat cheese) and the vegan "burger" were delicious. The burger combination was so generous I had to get my other half to finish mine, even though I thoroughly enjoyed every item on the plate, including sweet potato chips, tasty fresh salad, roasted tomatoes, sautéd mushrooms, vegan aioli, and the patty. I loved the "burger", and I put it in quotes because it was so much better than the Impossible Burger and its ilk, in my opinion. It was a tasty combination of grains and vegetables with a pleasant texture. Not trying to be meat. Just good.

Good vegan options - Edit
Some vegan options are offered (e.g. food and dessert) but not plenty. However, the vegan options were not boring which is great! Vegan desserts were healthy as well. The view here is quite amazing which makes this place so special!
