Japanese name: アーノルド吉祥寺店. Address: 東京都武蔵野市吉祥寺本町2-13-1 Est. May 2013. The 1st branch in Japan of Finnish donut & coffee franchise using neither dairy nor egg in its dough. As of Feb 2017, there are 4 vegan choices labeled as such in Japanese like "牛乳(milk)・卵(egg)不使用(non-use)". Different chocolate used for vegan items. Also serves savory items, some of which are vegan and others that could possibly be made vegan. Has 10 seats & menu pamphlets with each item name in English inside. No Wi-Fi or outlet. Note: kitchen may stop serving 30-60 minutes prior to closing, check ahead. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-9:00pm. Closed around New Year's holidays.

Great doughnuts! - Edit

This place is fantastic! It's in a really cute part of Kichijoji surrounded by fun shops. The doughnuts are good and insanely cheap (180 yen!) Plus the staff was educated and informative about vegan needs!

cheap, easy and delicious - Edit

Great donuts, a few options - the staff are knowledgeable and will inform you which don’t contain animal products (they even warn you about cross contamination). They are very delicious, and cheap!
