Really tasty and hearty plant based food with healthy options at good prices. Different menu everyday (check their Instagram stories). Nice staff music = good vibes. Appreciate that they are into giving back to the local community. Always a pleasure to support this business.

Best dish in the country!!! - Edit
I stumbled across this place and tried the jackfruit burger. Wow, I was blown away it had that fried chicken batter and the jackfruit is cooked perfectly. I had to keep reminding myself it wasn't meat. Stunning food, staff and friendly customers.

Who would have thought Ardwick would be dishing out the best food in Manchester? I had a Jamaican Ackee rice dish here last week and a mint choc chip smoothie, was absolutely amazing. It’s not just a health food shop, it’s also a takeout (and has a couple of tables). Really nice staff and cool vibes. My brother loves the cauli burger and he is not vegan but goes with his gym buddy mates all the time.
