May be useful if nowhere else is open - Edit
This shop had a wide range of teas and herbal medicines but very little else. May come in handy for snacks if you can't find anywhere else open as it has some dried fruit, nuts and vegan biscuits.

Armazem Natural, Foz Do Iguacu - Edit
This place is pretty small but in Foz du Iguacu the choice generally doesn't seem to be great. Its a small health food shop on a side street the runs of the main retail drag in Foz. They sell quite a bit of foods for cooking with. In terms of choice of things are ready eatable without the need to cook, there isn't much on offer (eg dried fruit, nuts).
When I was there, there didn't seem to be anyone who spoke any English but they did try to be helpful. My Portuguese is abysmal so any help was appreciated in my case at least.
Pros: Better than nothing
Cons: Very mimited ready to eat choice
