The hummus avocado sandwich with arugula was very tasty! Maybe the only place at the airport where you can find a sandwich without tomatoes and no soggy bread... (I checked all others and landed here

Good ready made vegan food past security - Edit
In the world of vegan airport food this is a solid five star restaurant. They had several vegan salads/wraps. The sallad I tried was really good.

Your best bet at the airport - Edit
Arket is located after the security. You walk to the right and it is just by the food market.
Read moreThey have a hummus salad, which I do not care too much about. Sometimes the signs have been moved, so make sure to verify that you got the one with hummus and not the one with goat cheese! They also have chia pudding. A friend of mine loves it and describes it as "coconutty perfect". Personally I think it is too fatty, but if you love that full-fat coconut flavor, this might be right for you. You get to choose 3 toppings as well, like peanut butter, fruit compote and nuts.
My current favorite is the wrap, that can be served with a delicious vegan tahini mayo. I was not sure it was vegan, but I had verified by the staff, that it is indeed vegan.

Always something to eat! - Edit
This place is my to go at the airport as they don’t serve any meat. I got a non vegan sauce once so they have some opportunities, but I really enjoy their Eko healthy foods.
