Great airport option - Edit
I came here to grab some food before my flight. It’s located by the A Gates. They didn’t have anything premade, but they made the beet kale salad for me to order. It was great! It had beets and some beet hummus as well. If you have time, I highly recommend Arket when traveling from or through Copenhagen.

Healthy vegan options - Edit
They have many salads and sandwiches, and many of them are vegan by default (unfortunately there's no vegan cheese as an add-on option).
Read moreI had the beetroot hummus bowl which was fresh and tasty, although it was missing perhaps some more proteins.
In any case, this is the only veg*n place at the airport, so it would be my first choice again.
Pros: many vegan options, no meat/fish, friendly staff
Cons: not all vegan

The hummus avocado sandwich with arugula was very tasty! Maybe the only place at the airport where you can find a sandwich without tomatoes and no soggy bread... (I checked all others and landed here

In the world of vegan airport food this is a solid five star restaurant. They had several vegan salads/wraps. The sallad I tried was really good.

Arket is located after the security. You walk to the right and it is just by the food market.
Read moreThey have a hummus salad, which I do not care too much about. Sometimes the signs have been moved, so make sure to verify that you got the one with hummus and not the one with goat cheese! They also have chia pudding. A friend of mine loves it and describes it as "coconutty perfect". Personally I think it is too fatty, but if you love that full-fat coconut flavor, this might be right for you. You get to choose 3 toppings as well, like peanut butter, fruit compote and nuts.
My current favorite is the wrap, that can be served with a delicious vegan tahini mayo. I was not sure it was vegan, but I had verified by the staff, that it is indeed vegan.

Always something to eat! - Edit
This place is my to go at the airport as they don’t serve any meat. I got a non vegan sauce once so they have some opportunities, but I really enjoy their Eko healthy foods.
