Minimalist café with great flavors, but smaller than expected - Edit
I visited Arket Café in Gothenburg, which has a very clean, design-focused and almost sterile atmosphere. The interior is stylish and carefully curated, but felt a bit too minimal for my expectations. I also thought the selection would be larger than it was.
Read moreThat said, what I did have was very enjoyable. I tried an almond cinnamon bun along with a “Blask” drink with elderflower flavor, and both were really good. The flavors stood out more than the limited selection suggested.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is very central and convenient, which makes it an easy stop during a day in the city.

Yummy! I hesitated because a café in a grocery store and the 2 vegan items looked a little dry. I ordered them both (Apple cinnamon roll and brownie) and a hot chocolate. They were all great! Hooray! Don't miss out!

I can really recommend the vegan sweet potato salad with hummus and mushrooms! It was very fresh (prepared upon order) and tasted great.

When I went there were a couple of vegan wrap options a couple of vegan sweets and oat milk for drinks (possibly other non-dairy milks but didn’t ask)

Fully vegetarian, which is great and nice personnel. However, very limited vegan pastry selection (they only had one today; it was yummy though) and it's in a departement store, so not very cozy.
