Friendly for Vegans

In a city where there’s really no standard fully vegan or vegetarian restaurants, a restaurant like this which is quite friendly and accommodating towards vegans and happy to modify their menu is nice to have. I very much enjoyed the Briam (mediterraner Gemüseauflauf mit Kartoffeln). There is a vegetarian section on the menu, and they are happy to make any of those dishes vegan as well. Very friendly service.
