Never go here - Edit
This is a horrible place I do not normally write reviews but I logged on for this. If you are vegan please do not go here. They have no vegan options outside of vegetables and salad.

Not good for vegans - Edit
I wanted to like this place, but it’s not the best restaurant for vegans. They don’t really have any vegan options on the menu except cooked vegetables. I told my waiter I wanted a meal, not just veggies. He suggested the paella, which we ended up getting. It serves 2. The problem is that it’s very expensive ($55), takes 55-60 minutes for them to make (states this on the menu). When it arrives it’s extremely hot, and honestly pretty average, especially for the price. They definitely need to add more vegan options to their menu.
Read morePros: Aesthetically pleasing , Big portions
Cons: No vegan options listed on menu , Paella is too expensive, takes too long , Dinner vibe isn’t the best

Decent - Edit
Have a few options. They keep changing the menu and taking more vegan things off. The vegan paella is really good just really expensive.

Great service, horrible food - Edit
Went here staying as a guest at Aria. Ate at the bar - the bartender Premo was fantastic. Ordered the $50 Vegan Paella. I hadn’t eaten in about 10 hours but couldn’t put down two bites that’s how disgusting it was. Ended up ordering French fries. Management took the Paella off the bill so credit to them.

Tapas, Paella & Sangria! - Edit
We went for a non-traditional family dinner on Christmas day and it did not disappoint on festive cheer! Plenty of vegan tapas to choose from - we loved the asparagus. Also got the vegetable paella, but wish we had doubled the order as we all gobbled it up quickly.
Read morePros: Very flavourful food and funky atmosphere.
Cons: Wish there were more gluten free options.

Spanish Tapas - Edit
A few vegan options. Mushroom soup, pardon peppers and sangria were spectacular. Our waiter recommended the vegetable paella but we opted for tapas. Luckily, it was not crowded and no one around us ordered offensive smelling animal products.

Cons: No vegan menu, Vegan menu items not labeled
