Foodtruck selling arepa (glutenfree corn patties) filled with plaintain, avocado, salsa and other ingredients. All meat and cheese can be substituted with smoked tofu. Also offers sweet plaintain (tajadas) for dessert. Available for catering and private events. Check website or Facebook for current location and updates. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-2:30pm.

Friendly food truck on the bridge (with a view) - Edit
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were able to make options vegan by removing meat/dairy and were happy to substitute additional fillings to make up for what might be removed from original menu item to make the meal vegan.

I had an arepa with smoked tofu. Service was fast and staff were very nice and cheerful. The arepa was delicious, the prices are not bad.
